These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Everconnected mobile application and related websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Everconnected Limited (EVERCONNECTED LTD), Company No. 14828305, Registered Address: 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE (“Everconnected”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Service. If you are 16–17, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws (including sanctions/export rules).
You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. We may require device checks, verification, or multi-factor authentication.
Everconnected facilitates connections and appointment-style interactions by allowing users to select from fixed, predefined messages for scheduling and coordination. Users are solely responsible for their interactions and outcomes. The Service is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use one copy of the App on any iOS/iPadOS or Android device you own or control. Your use is governed by Apple’s LAEULA and Google Play Terms.
Do not copy, reverse engineer, bypass security, interfere, or use for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity. We may terminate accounts for violations.
The Service uses fixed messages for communication. You retain ownership of any content you submit. You grant Everconnected a limited license to host and display such content solely to operate the Service.
Some features request location (city-level) and other device permissions (e.g., notifications). Manage permissions in your device settings.
We may offer Free, Plus, and Pro plans. Purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Trials may vary. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your app store account. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
We may integrate with third-party services (e.g., sign-in, analytics, video). Your use of them is governed by their terms.
Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy (contact: [email protected]). We comply with UK and EU GDPR laws.
All rights in the Service belong to Everconnected or its licensors. “Everconnected” and related marks are our trademarks.
You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use suggestions or feedback you provide.
If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact [email protected] or write to Everconnected Ltd, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, UK.
We may add, change, or remove features and will provide notice for material changes.
You may have a 14-day right to withdraw from digital purchases unless you request immediate service. Refunds are governed by app store policies.
Service is provided “as is”. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. It’s not a substitute for professional or emergency advice.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of £100 or amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everconnected from claims related to your use or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate for breach or legal reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.
Some components may be under separate open-source licenses.
We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
