Everconnected (EC) uses certain sub-processors to assist in providing our services. A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by EC who has or potentially will have access to or process Service Data (which may contain Personal Data). We use the following sub-processors:

Data Protection and Security:

EC has signed data processing agreements with each sub-processor, which include provisions for data protection and security. These agreements ensure that our sub-processors maintain at least the same level of data protection as EC.

Updates to this List:

We may update this list from time to time as our business needs and practices evolve. Please check this page periodically for changes. If we make any material changes to our sub-processor list, we will notify our customers in accordance with our contractual commitments and applicable law.

It’s important to keep this list up-to-date and to have proper data processing agreements in place with each sub-processor. Also, given that EC is based in the UK, you might want to pay special attention to data transfers outside the UK/EU and ensure they comply with UK GDPR requirements.
